Dr. Eric Jiawei He is a Machine Learning Research Team Lead at Borealis AI. His team's work focuses on time series analysis and modelling in financial applications, specializing in capital markets. In addition to time-series analysis, Dr. He and his team are also interested in deep generative models, attention models, variational approaches and their applications.
Before joining Borealis AI, Eric completed his Ph.D. study under Prof. Greg Mori’s supervision from Simon Fraser University (Canada); his Master of Engineering study under Prof. Kai-Kuang Ma’s supervision from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore); and his Bachelor of Engineering from Zhejiang University (China).
