Carolyn leads the People Operations team, overseeing Recruitment and HR initiatives across our labs. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Waterloo, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College. Carolyn is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
Prior to joining Borealis, Carolyn worked in various technology organizations, helping to scale the HR function and build high-performing teams.
