Thibaut is a Senior Machine Learning Researcher at Borealis AI. He received the Ph.D. in Computer Vision and Machine Learning from the Sorbonne University, France, in 2017 under the supervision of Matthieu Cord and Nicolas Thome. His PhD work on weakly supervised learning for visual recognition has received both AFRIF 2017 and DGA 2019 PhD prizes. He received an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering by ENSEA, France, and an M.Sc. degrees in Computer Science from the CY Cergy Paris Université, France, in 2013. His research focuses on weakly supervised learning and developing models for time-series and multimodal data. Prior to joining Borealis AI, Thibaut was a a postdoctoral researcher in Computer Vision and Machine Learning with Greg Mori at Simon Fraser University, Canada.
