Jawad finds fulfillment in discovering and creating structure from what seems to be patternless; bonus points if this structure fills a need. Having graduated from the Mechatronics Engineering program at the University of Waterloo, Jawad was exposed to Waterloo's Startup scene early, and began his career with co-founding a wearables startup. Since then he's worn various hats in Robotics, IoT and now in Machine Learning systems.
Jawad is also curious about the underpinnings of the human sound production system, how the structure of different languages lends to shaping perception, and writing as a way to expand one's self-awareness.
