In partnership with key RBC & Borealis AI stakeholders and team members, your responsibilities span from employee engagement, to recruiting strategy, growth and retention, and beyond.
Your responsibilities include:
Collaborates with people leaders and RBC Human Resources to develop employee career paths and support employee development accordingly (e.g. crafting promotion processes, designing education & training programs, coaching services);
Partners closely with people leaders and RBC Human Resources to build and deliver an employee retention and engagement strategy. Conduct and analyze employee survey results. Develop strategies to address opportunities for development;
Leverage RBC content, programs and partners (HRBP, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Compensation, etc.) to deliver Borealis AI specific solutions;
Responsible for Borealis AI overall recruitment and hiring team success and strategy. Leads recruiting team and works collaboratively to develop targeted recruiting approaches that enable growth;
Partners closely with functional leads to perform staffing needs assessment and skills gap analyses to determine team needs;
Partners with marketing and communications team, as well as functional Borealis AI leads to execute talent strategy;
Owns the employee experience from the early stages of their interaction with the organization.

Work experience in talent management or similar role in small or mid-size tech companies. Ideal candidate will experience in hyper-growth start-up environments;
Hands-on experience developing career paths and personal growth strategies for technology groups;
Understand the business rationale and impact of programs;
Experience with performance management procedures and reporting.;
Collaborative leadership and excellent communication skills;
Detailed and process oriented. Demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet goals;
