Simon Prince

Simon Prince holds a Masters by Research from University College London and a doctorate from the University of Oxford. He has a diverse research background and has published in wide-ranging areas including Computer Vision, Neuroscience, HCI, Computer Graphics, Medical Imaging, and Augmented Reality. He is also the author of a popular textbook on Computer Vision.  

From 2005-2012 Dr. Prince was a tenured faculty member in the Department of Computer Science at University College London, where he taught courses in Computer Vision, Image Processing and Advanced Statistical Methods. During this time, he was Director of the M.Sc. in Computer Vision, Graphics and Imaging. Before joining Borealis he worked in industry applying AI to computer graphics software.
